01 May CU4Kids Donation

Western Sun Federal Credit Union donated $5,000 to the Children’s Hospital Foundation at Saint Francis during our annual meeting held on April 21st. This donation is part of our involvement in Credit Unions for Kids (CU4Kids), a cooperative network of credit unions that support nonprofit children’s hospitals in the United States.

The $5,000 was raised in our branches through the sale of candy bars to the members. Since 1997, Credit Unions for Kids Oklahoma has donated more than $4 million dollars to the children’s hospitals in Tulsa and Oklahoma City.
