HELOC & Home Equity Loans

A Home Equity Loan allows you to leverage the equity in your home (the appraised value of your home, minus what you still owe) for your benefit.

You can use a Home Equity Loan to pay for just about anything, from home repairs to higher education. A Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) is ideal for a series of purchases, while a Fixed Home Equity Loan (HELOAN) is ideal for one large purchase or expense.

Regardless of whether you choose a HELOC or HELOAN, you can expect:

Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC)

A Home Equity Line of Credit is ideal for a series of purchases over time, such as home improvements or household expenses. Once approved, you can access as much of the money to make the purchases you need, up to your approved amount. What to expect:

• Both Fixed Rate and Variable HELOCS
• Terms of 7 and 15 years
• Up to 85% loan to value
• We may be able to use the tax assessed value and avoid an appraisal
• Property insurance is required

Fixed Home Equity Loan
